Interlinx Associates Classroom Training
Interlinx offers the following classes in a hands on environment. Each participant will be at a computer getting real-world experience on ACT! by Sage.
ACT! or Salesforce.com Half-day Class for Beginners – Bloomington Training Facility:
A half-day hands-on session designed for new ACT!/Salesforce users. We discuss general navigation, key features and terminology. Learn about contacts, accounts and documents. Discover how to manage the calendar and activities to prioritize your tasks. The sales process is explained and how to turn leads into opportunities to track them. Introduction to quotes from an existing opportunity and much more. Class begins at 9:00 a.m. and ends at noon.
ACT! or Salesforce.com Progressive Full-day training in Bloomington training facility:
This course is designed for the advanced ACT!/Salesforce user and database administrator. We discuss database structure and design, layouts, multi-user setup and security. You’ll learn how to customize fields, menus, toolbars and build templates, send emails to groups and do mail merges. A full hands-on training day intended to increase your productivity and knowledge of system features. Class starts at 9:00 a.m. and ends around 4 p.m. There is an hour break for lunch. Lunch is on your own.

ACT! or Salesforce.com Full-day Class for Advanced and Admin Users:
Learn best practices to set-up, configure and maintain your ACT!/Salesforce sales, support and marketing functions. Hands-on training on customized fields, queries, reports and dashboards. Cover the basics of configuring security, access settings, field-level security and role hierarchy and sharing models. We will also cover mass-transfer of records, set up account and sales teams, create business processes using workflow and use of built-in wizards. Class starts at 9:00 a.m. and ends around 4 p.m. There is an hour break for lunch. Lunch is on your own.
These classes are limited in size and a very cost effective way of getting to know ACT! by Sage
Payment by credit card or check is due prior to class. Cancellations must be at least one week before the start of class for fee refund. There will be a $25 administrative fee for canceling or postponing attendance.
