Interlinx Associates offers two ways to get Technical Support. We can either make a visit to your location or work with you over the telephone. Depending on the situation, either method can be very effective.
We make house calls!
We can come to your site and work with you to resolve CRM issues or work with you to maximize productivity in your work environment. We have a two hour minimum visit for on site Support.
We can work by phone or Web!
This is an attractive, time-saving alternative to an on site visit. Maybe you have some technical issues or bugs you need to have addressed. You have tried the website, but the knowledge base just doesn’t seem to do it for you. But it’s just not a two hour issue.
Give us a call at 952-829-0911. We have ACT!, Salesforce.com, and SalesLogix Certified Consultants available, and if we can’t get back to you right away, we will call you back as soon as we can. We bill our Phone/Web (Remote) Tech Support out in 15 minute increments at your billing rate. Most questions can be answered in the first 15 minutes. Time we take to research issues that go beyond 15 minutes are also billed, but you don’t have to wait around for us. We can get back to you by phone, email or Web with the answers.
