Scot Zimmerman, co-founder of Interlinx, has years of experience in the fastest growing area of technology—customer relationship management—with experience selling and implementing CRM software at companies like Anheuser Busch, Anderson Windows, Sprint PCS and Donaldson Company. Scot is known for his intuitive feel for software, grasp of business process, and problem solving skills.
Elaine Koyama began her career selling animal feed to farmers in Iowa, and went on to manage field sales managers, manufacturer’s reps, distributors and national and industrial bid accounts for one of the largest privately held corporations in the world–Cargill. Combining her hands on experience with being an adjunct marketing professor at the MBA level, Elaine offers a unique combination of theory and practical application.
Jane McCall is the voice of Interlinx as the point guard for inside sales, and project tracking. Jane has extensive experience in the software industry touching all areas of business operations from administration, purchasing, sales, licensing, customer service and project management.
Rick Putnam joined Interlinx as a Business Development, Relationship Manager whose main goal is to connect with customers and prospects to make sure they’re getting the most out of their Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy.
Kris Harmon works on special projects for Interlinx and has most recently been the project manager on a Fortune 500 CRM design project. Kris’ brings SalesLogix CRM background to Interlinx and is an Interlinx Certified Trainer, with a focus on SalesLogix.
Tom Zimmerman: There’s a new kid on the block working with Interlinx on business development. You will likely be seeing signs from Tom Zimmerman who joined Interlinx Associates to handle sales for SugarCRM, Saleslogix and Salesforce.com. Tom also participates in business analysis and coaching clients on Customer Relationship Mmanagement tools.
Jan Rooney has come to Interlinx bringing a wealth of experience technology sales, service and support. Recognized with awards and recognition for leadership, achievement, and excellence, Jan has a focus and dedication to her colleagues and customers. She will be working on the small business, SugarCRM and Salesforce side of Interlinx in addition to being a training and facilitation resource.
Kiba Zimmerman , office manager, began at Interlinx in 2008 as a pup still wet behind the ears, but she quickly proved herself as a valuable member of the Interlinx team through her cooperative spirit and knack at easing tension during volatile discussions. She has proven to be very coachable, and quickly learns new tricks of the trade.
Subcontractors and partnerships: Interlinx leverages its resources by utilizing subcontractors and developing strategic partnerships in the areas of SugarCRM, Salesforce.com, ACT!, SalesLogix, business management and consulting. Partnerships also include other solutions providers.
