Elaine Koyama began her career selling animal feed to farmers in Iowa, and went on to manage field sales managers, manufacturer’s reps, distributors and national and industrial bid accounts for one of the largest privately held corporations in the world–Cargill. Combining her hands on experience with being an adjunct marketing professor at the MBA level, Elaine offers a unique combination of theory and practical application.
Jane McCall is the voice of Interlinx as the point guard for inside sales, and project tracking.
Rick Putnam joined Interlinx as a Business Development, Relationship Manager whose main goal is to connect with customers and prospects to make sure they’re getting the most out of their Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy.
Kris Harmon works on special projects for Interlinx and has most recently been the project manager on a Fortune 500 CRM design project. Kris’ brings SalesLogix CRM background to Interlinx and is an Interlinx Certified Trainer, with a focus on SalesLogix.
Tom Zimmerman: There’s a new kid on the block working with Interlinx on business development. You will likely be seeing signs from Tom Zimmerman who joined Interlinx Associates to handle sales for SugarCRM, Saleslogix and Salesforce.com. Tom also participates in business analysis and coaching clients on Customer Relationship Mmanagement tools.
Sheila Northrop came to Interlinx last summer as a college intern. She will graduate in May, 2015 from the University of Minnesota College of Science and Engineering with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics with Computer Applications. Interlinx is currently grooming her as Salesforce Administrator and Developer.
Gina Szafraniec is a valued Interlinx team member with extensive experience in project management, sales and marketing. Familiar with nonnegotiable deadlines and budgets, Gina can be a tough cookie when she needs to keep project teams focused.
Subcontractors and partnerships: Interlinx leverages its resources by utilizing subcontractors and developing strategic partnerships in the areas of Salesforce.com and Infor CRM (SalesLogix) business management and consulting.
Dave Bruemmer has been described as quietly competent, and his track record would support that. Dave has worked on some of the more complex and challenging CRM projects, and has a way of coming up with creative, effective solutions that clients have embraced. Dave’s observations and assessments of business issues are usually spot-on; when he speaks, people listen.
Steve Wilmes is a utility player, able to fill many CRM roles very effectively. He consulted and worked in a wide variety of industries, including advertising, manufacturing, banking, defense, nonprofit, government contracting and retail, in name-brand companies like JB Hunt, Mayo Clinic, Cargill, and Anderson Windows. Projects have ranged from 10 users to thousands.
