Interlinx Associates, LLC dedicates its resources to bringing high tech to the high touch arena of customers and prospects. Now more than at any time in recent history, we need to fully utilize the available technology to capture and hold customers through excellent service and consistently meeting expectations. We can do that best by capturing intelligence on our customers and prospects and using that intelligence to design products and services that meet their needs. At the same time we all have less time and fewer people and resources. Interlinx Associates, LLC brings CRM experience in the areas of software selection, integration, customization, and implementation. Interlinx will help you maximize productivity of existing resources.

But the question may still arise–Who is Interlinx Associates?  What do they stand for?   As part of an exercise in a management peer group, the following Core Values (our most important tenets) were developed:

All Hands on Deck—no job is too small nor is any person too important to do any job that needs to be done. If you see something needs to be done, weigh the cost/benefit, then do it.

We are Family—But NOT your only family:  While you are at Interlinx, we are family.  But your own family and life are more important than an Interlinx deal.  Prioritize, but don’t abandon.  As family members we are here to support our customers and each other.

People have Choices—Our customers choose to do business with us. When they choose us, we are able to pay ourselves.  Knowledge workers are volunteers.  Each one of us can take our knowledge and go someplace else.  We want people to choose Interlinx Associates.  “Pick me!  Pick me!”

Interlinx is a member of the Midwest Minority Supplier Development Council (MMSDC) which was established in 1975. It was created by corporations who saw a need to work with an emerging small business segment of the U.S. population that would enhance customer relationships with one of the largest consumer buying groups in the U.S. By providing business opportunities for and to its customer or its customer’s end user, the MMSDC creates a win-win relationship for both corporations and certified MBEs.
